During the Lantern Festival, many Lishui local traditional cultural programs were arranged, such as "Vaulting Horse Lantern", "Playing Shehuo", "Shahe Lion Dance" and "Dragon Boat Rowing". There are also national intangible projects such as Luoshan Dragon Parade, solve riddles on the lanterns and folk calligraphers writing couplets, food joint exhibition and so on.
This year's Lantern Festival will also be jointly held with Jiangsu Radio Station * * * for the third Spring Festival gathering and the third Lishui Qinhuai Lantern Festival. By then, there will be 60 kiosks in Tongji Street Square, with fresh, special food, cultural and creative products, Spring Festival couplets, calligraphy and painting. Traffic Control From June 5438+1 October1day in 2020 to February 1 1 day in 2020, the third Qinhuai Lantern Festival was held in "Two Rivers (Nanmenhe, Moat) and Two Gardens (Baota Park and Zhuangyuanfang Park)" in Lishui District. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the event, according to Article 39 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, during the Lantern Festival, some roads in this city will adopt traffic management measures such as traffic restrictions and traffic bans, as follows:
1. The traffic management department of the public security organ will start control measures in due course during the Lantern Festival according to the characteristics of activities, traffic flow and people flow. When the people in the "Two Rivers and Two Gardens" and the surrounding roads reach peak saturation, people enter non-motor vehicle lanes, causing traffic congestion, such as Zhongjie, Wangjing Street, Baota Road (south side of the road), Qifeng Road (excluding), Xitan Road (excluding) and Daximen.
2. During traffic control, parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on both sides of Honghuaxiang (Xiaoximen Street to Jiaotong West Road), Xiaoximen Street (Honghuaxiang to Xitan Road), Xitan Road (Xiaoximen Street to Daximen Street), Jiaotong West Road and Daximen Street Road.
3. During the traffic control period, vehicles (including non-motor vehicles) are prohibited from passing in Baota Park Square, Nanbinjiang and Beibinjiang. Vehicles (except buses and special vehicles) are prohibited in Wangjing Street, Zhongjie Street (Sanyanjing to Zhuangyuanfang), Honghuaxiang (Xiaoximen Street to Jiaotong West Road) and Xiaoximen Street (Honghuaxiang to Xitan Road).
4. During the period of control, illegal vehicles (including non-motor vehicles) on urban road sections are cleared and severely punished according to regulations.
5. The Lantern Festival security headquarters of the public security organ will temporarily adjust the temporary traffic control measures such as control level and time according to the actual situation on the spot, so as to fully protect the citizens from enjoying the lanterns. ?
