Fire sources such as matches, lighters, hand-held or other mobile communication equipment shall not be brought into the warning area. 3) After the explosives are transported into the warning zone, they should be quickly distributed to each charging orifice or charging adit. A large number of explosives shall not be temporarily concentrated in the warning area, and blasting equipment, explosive charges and explosives shall not be mixed. 4), handling blasting equipment should be handled with care, charging should not be collision initiation charge. 5) Under the conditions of poor visibility such as dusk or night, it is not suitable to carry out charging work of open-air and underwater blasting. If charging operation is really necessary, there should be sufficient lighting facilities to ensure the safety of operation. 6) In hot weather, blasting equipment should not be exposed to strong sunlight. 7) Open flame lighting shall not be used at the blasting charge site. 8) When blasting with medical electric lamp, 220V lighting equipment can be installed 20m away from the blasting equipment, and lighting equipment with voltage not higher than 36V should be used at the work site or in the cavern. 9) From the time when the electric detonator or detonator enters the charge alert area to initiate the charge, the charge alert area should be powered off, and the lighting should use safety battery lights, safety lights or insulated flashlights. 10), all kinds of blasting operations should make original records of charging. The records shall include the basic information, existing problems and treatment measures of the charges. 2. Manual charging 1), manual handling of blasting equipment shall comply with the provisions of Blasting Safety Regulations, and blasting bodies and blasting charges shall be carried and transported by blasters. 2), hole charging should use wooden or bamboo gun stick. 3) When inserting the detonator into the cartridge, first insert the center of one end of the cartridge with a special tool made of wood or copper, and then completely insert the detonator into the cartridge from the center. It is not allowed to insert the detonator directly into the cartridge. 4), should not be thrown into the hole initiation charge and high sensitivity explosives, initiation charge after loading, effective measures should be taken to prevent subsequent charge directly impact initiation charge. 5) When the charge is blocked, the nonmetallic long rod can be used for treatment before the detonator and primary explosive are released. After loading the detonator or explosive, do not use any tools to impact or squeeze. 6), in the process of charging, should not be pulled out or hard pull detonator, detonating cord and electric detonator crural line for initial charging. 2. Blasting warning and signal 1, blasting warning 1). The warning range of charging shall be determined by the head of blasting technology. When charging, obvious signs shall be set at the boundary of the warning zone, and special personnel shall be assigned to guard it. 2), blasting warning range is determined by the design. At the boundary of the danger zone, there should be obvious signs and sentries. 3) The public security organ shall be responsible for the implementation of safety alert for blasting operation projects approved by the public security organ; The construction unit shall be responsible for the implementation of the safety alert work for other blasting operation projects. 4) The personnel performing alert tasks should arrive at the designated place as instructed and stick to their posts. 2. Signal 1) and early warning signal: After this signal is issued, the obstacle removal work will be started within the blasting warning range. 2) Initiation signal: When it is confirmed that all personnel and equipment have been evacuated from the blasting warning area, all warning personnel are in place and have the conditions for safe initiation, the initiation signal will be sent out. Initiation signal is issued by the commander and confirmed before initiation is allowed. 3) Disabling signal: After the safe waiting time, the inspectors will enter the blasting warning range for inspection, and after confirming the safety, they will report to the on-site technical director for approval before sending out the disarming signal. Inspection after explosion 1, waiting time for inspection after explosion 1), shallow hole, deep hole and special blasting in the open air, and it should be more than 5 minutes after explosion, and the inspectors are allowed to enter the blasting operation site; If you can't confirm whether there is blind shooting, wait 15min before entering the explosion area for inspection. 2), open-air blasting after inspection confirmed that the blasting point is safe, with the consent of the blasting monitor on duty, the staff are allowed to enter the blasting area. 3) After the underground mines and large-scale underground excavation projects are blasted, the operators can only enter the blasting operation site after ventilation and smoke exhaust, inspection and confirmation of the underground air, and the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes. 4), demolition blasting, should wait for the building (structure) collapsed and keep the building stable, allowing personnel to enter the site inspection. 5); The waiting time after chamber blasting, underwater deep hole blasting and other blasting operations not specified in this standard shall be determined by the design. But the waiting time after chamber blasting should not be less than 65438 05 minutes. 2. Inspection after blasting (1). Handling of problems found during inspection (1). If found, it should be repaired and re-detonated. 5), it is forbidden to forcibly pull out or take out the hole blasting charge. 6) After the blind gun is processed, the blasting pile should be carefully checked again, and the remaining blasting equipment should be collected and uniformly destroyed; Preventive measures should be taken before it is confirmed that there is no residual blasting equipment in the blasting pile. 7) Handlers should fill in a registration card or submit a report after dealing with blind shooting, explaining the causes, treatment methods, effects and preventive measures of blind shooting. 2. Handling of blind shot with bare explosion (1). For handling of blind shot with bare explosion, part of the sealing mud can be removed, a new initiating explosive charge can be put in, and the sealing mud can be added for initiation; If the explosives are found to be deteriorated due to moisture, the deteriorated explosives should be taken out and destroyed, and then coated again for initiation. 2), dealing with underwater naked blasting and ice-breaking blasting blind gun, can be put into another naked charge near the blind gun to induce explosion, or the charge can be recycled and destroyed. 3. Blind shot treatment of short-hole blasting (1). When the blasting network is in good condition after inspection, it can be re-detonated. 2) parallel holes can be drilled in charge blasting, and the distance between parallel holes and blind holes should not be less than 0.3m. 3) Use tools made of wood, bamboo or other materials that do not generate sparks, gently pull out the stuffing in the blasting hole, and detonate with medicine bags. 4), can use remote feng shui nozzle to blow out blind gun stuffing and explosives in a safe place, but measures should be taken to recover the detonator. 5) To deal with the blind shot of non-waterproof explosives, the stuffing can be pulled out, and then water is injected into the hole to make it invalid, but the detonator should be recycled. 6) Blind guns should be handled on duty. If it can't be handled on duty or hasn't been processed yet, the situation of blind guns (the number of blind guns, the direction of holes, the amount of charge and the position of initiating charges, the handling methods and handling opinions) should be handed over clearly at the scene, and the next shift should continue to handle it. 4. Blind blasting by deep hole blasting (1). If the blasting network is not damaged and the minimum resistance line has not changed, the blasting can be reconnected. If the minimum resistance line changes, check the safe distance and increase the warning range before connection and start-up. 2), can be in the distance from the blind hole orifice is not less than 10 times the hole diameter, another parallel hole charge initiation. Blind shot processing of underwater blasting 1). Blind shot caused by poor insulation or wrong connection of initiation network can be reconnected for initiation. 2) For underwater blind blastholes whose filling length is less than the explosive martyrdom distance or which are all blocked by water, detonating explosives can be added to induce explosion. 3) Exposed explosives can be placed near the blind gun to cause explosion. 4) Unexploded explosives found in slag cleaning construction should be carefully separated from explosives and destroyed separately. 7, other misfire processing 1), seismic exploration blasting misfire should be taken out of the hole and destroyed; If the explosive can't be taken out of the borehole, a new initiating explosive can be loaded to cause the explosion. 2), when dealing with metal structure blasting blind gun, should take out or blow out the filler, remounted detonating explosive to induce explosion. 3) When dealing with the blind shot of thermal coagulation blasting, it is not allowed to take out or blow out the filler to charge and detonate again until the temperature in the hole is cooled below 40℃. 4), where this section does not mention the processing method of blind gun, before processing, safe and reliable processing methods and operating procedures should be formulated and implemented after being approved by the blasting technology director.
