Users can directly remove the warm air valve to let the water go directly to the warm air tank, or replace it with a new warm air water valve.
The warm air device uses the heat taken away from the engine by the engine coolant to defrost the cab glass in winter and warm the driver, thus improving the driver's working conditions. Open the water inlet valve on the water outlet pipe of the engine cylinder head (the valve handle is pulled to the vertical position), and the cooling water in the engine enters the warm air radiator from the cylinder head through the water inlet pipe, and then enters the water pump through the water outlet pipe for circulation.
Precautions:
1. Check that the vibration and sound of the heater drain pump are normal, the liquid level of the heater drain tank is normal, there is no leakage point in the heater system, and there is no abnormal vibration in the heater system.
2. In order to give full play to the efficiency of the heating device, the engine water temperature should be kept at about 80℃. ..
3. The continuous use time of the heater should not be too long, so as not to shorten the service life of the heater motor.
4. Before using the heating device in winter, check whether the inlet and outlet pipes and the left and right air supply pipes are loose or broken.
5. In the season when the heater is not used, the heater inlet valve should be closed to isolate the heater from the engine cooling system.
