The newly-built section from Cenxi to Maoming of Luozhan Railway is an important part of Luozhan Railway Passage. The line passes through Cenxi City, Wuzhou, Guangxi, and enters Guangdong Province southward, passing through Xinyi City, Gaozhou City, Maonan District and Maogang District in Maoming area, and leading into the existing Guang Mao Line Dianbai Station. The total length of the line is 15 1.83km, including 29.6km in Guangxi and 122.23km in Guangdong.
Among them, the Guangdong section is jointly funded by the Ministry of Railways and Guangdong Province. This project is a national Class I single-track railway with internal combustion traction, with a speed of 140 km/h, and the entire bridge and tunnel account for 36% of the line length.
