1, select high quality seeds.
Choose the new species of the year, the seeds should be full, bright in color, red and yellow, yellow and white in kernel, with purity above 98% and germination rate above 40%.
2, heat preservation and germination acceleration
In order to germinate neatly, it is necessary to accelerate germination. The method of accelerating germination is: soaking seeds in warm water at 40℃ for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and then soaking them in water at 20℃ ~ 30℃ for 24 hours, until the seeds absorb enough water; Take out the seeds, control the excess water, put them on a clean reed mat, spread them with a thickness of 3 cm, cover them with a clean cloth, and keep them moist and germinate at 20℃ ~ 25℃. During germination, turn the seeds 1 ~ 2 times a day, and rinse them with clean water at about 25℃ for 2 ~ 3 times to control excess water. When 30% of the seeds germinate, they can be planted.
3, timely sowing
Choose sandy soil with flat terrain, abundant sunshine, good drainage and fertile fields as the nursery ground, and combine with soil preparation and fertilization to spread it evenly and turn it thoroughly. 1m wide inner furrow, with row spacing of 30cm, width of 5-6cm and depth of 5cm. Sow seeds that accelerate germination evenly, and cover the soil with a thickness of 2 cm.
4. Seedling management
Emerge about 7 days after sowing, and strictly control watering before emergence to prevent soil hardening from affecting emergence. When 4 ~ 6 true leaves are unearthed from the seedlings, they should be thinned and fixed. Water before planting, and the spacing between seedlings is 20 cm. When the plant height is about 50 cm, the seedlings will be dwarfed. Spraying 10 ~ 15 days with 1.5% paclobutrazol for 200 ~ 400 times for 2 ~ 3 times continuously can control overgrowth, promote seedling dwarfing and increase material accumulation. Paclobutrazol treatment combined with coring can increase the number of branches.
Post-planting management
1, soil preparation and fertilization
Plantar fertilizer must be applied to cultivate Toona sinensis in solar greenhouse. Apply high-quality farmyard manure of not less than 5,000 kg per mu, calcium superphosphate of not less than 100 kg, and urea of 25 kg, spread evenly and turn deep. Then plant seedlings in the whole border, and the width of the border is generally 80 ~ 100 cm.
2. Planting density
The planting density is about 30,000 plants per mu, the plant spacing is 15cm, and the row spacing is 15cm.
3. Fine management
Temperature management: the temperature can be kept at 1℃ ~ 5℃, and no heating is needed in the first few days, which is beneficial to slow down the seedlings. After planting for 8 ~ 10 days, cover the shed with grass, uncover it during the day and cover it at night. The temperature in the shed is controlled at 18℃ ~ 24℃ during the day and at 12℃ ~ 14℃ at night. Under these conditions, the buds of Toona sinensis can grow within 40 ~ 50 days.
Hormone regulation: After the slow seedlings are planted, treat them with Zhuozhibao. The medicine is applied to 4-5 dormant buds on the upper part of Toona sinensis seedlings, and 100 ~ 120 buds are applied with 1 g medicine. The application of this medicine can make the buds plump and robust, and increase the yield by 10% ~ 20%.
Humidity regulation: Toona sinensis seedlings planted in greenhouse should maintain high humidity. After planting, it should be soaked in water, and then a small amount of water should be poured according to the situation, and the relative humidity of the air should be kept at about 85%. During the growth period after germination, the relative humidity is about 70%.
Light adjustment: Toona sinensis production in solar greenhouse needs good light to promote growth. Use drip-free film to keep the shed film clean.
4. Picking Toona sinensis buds
Toona sinensis bud grows fast, is purplish red, and has a strong fragrance under suitable temperature conditions (day 18℃ ~ 24℃, night 12℃ ~ 14℃). 40 ~ 50 days after covering with grass in the greenhouse, when the buds of Toona sinensis grow to 15 ~ 20 cm and the color is good, harvesting begins. In the first crop of Toona sinensis, the terminal buds clustered on the buds should be picked. When picking, the terminal bud should be picked with a little bud left, so that the leaves can continue to grow at the base of the bud left. Harvesting should be done in the morning and evening. In the greenhouse, Toona sinensis buds can be harvested every 7 ~ 10 days, * * * 4 ~ 5 times. After each bud harvest, topdressing and watering should be carried out.
