In fact, the installation of the floor heating distribution main pipe is divided into two parts: one is the installation of the floor heating water separator, and the other is the installation of the floor heating water collector. The installation heights of these two different parts are inconsistent.
1, installation height of floor heating water separator
The water separator of floor heating refers to the water separator rod connected to our outdoor water supply pipeline. This kind of water separator is used to divide the connected water into various circuits and then supply heat to the room. Therefore, its installation position is generally high.
Height requirements: At present, the most common installation height of the floor heating water separator is generally 600mm from the floor finish. That is to say. When we determine the height of the floor heating water separator, we can measure 600 mm on the ground according to the center line of the water separator pipeline.
2. Installation height of floor heating water collector
The floor heating water collector is connected with the indoor backwater main pipe, and its function is to collect the water after indoor water supply circulation. And then return to the outdoor heating pipe network through the backwater main pipe. Therefore, the backwater main pipe is generally installed at the lower side of the water separator, which is higher than the water supply main pipe and lower than the water supply main pipe.
Height requirement: the common installation height requirement of the main water collector pipeline is about 400 mm from the finished surface of the ground. The specific measurement method is to measure the height of 400mm upward from the ground and play the line on the wall. This line is the center line of the main water collection pipeline.
Second, the floor heating distribution manifold adjustment method
1, the first slow switch
When the installed floor heating is started for the first time, the water supply valve on the floor heating distribution manifold needs to be opened. The horizontal state is on and the vertical state is off. At this time, we should pay attention to driving slowly. If it is opened directly, the distribution manifold will leak and hot water will be sprayed out directly, which is very dangerous.
2. First debug the exhaust.
For the same reason as the radiator, there will be a lot of air in the installed floor heating pipe. The ground heating pipeline is circuitous and long, which is easy to be blocked by air, and the ground heating cycle is not smooth, so it is difficult to achieve normal heat dissipation. It is very important to debug the exhaust in time. Before exhausting, close all valves and exhaust one by one.
3, cleaning work
There is a filter inside the floor heating distribution manifold, which can block impurities. Impurities in heating water and floor heating construction may accumulate in the filter of distribution manifold, so it is necessary to remove and clean it regularly. Before cleaning, close all valves, open the filter counterclockwise with a wrench, and take out the internal network for cleaning.
4, flexible adjustment of temperature
Adjust the temperature through the water supply valve of the floor heating distribution manifold. Specifically, the water supply valve is set to the maximum, and the water flow will enhance the indoor heat dissipation faster and warmer. On the contrary, if it is lowered, the temperature will be lowered, and it can be lowered when going out temporarily or on a business trip. It should be noted that in the early stage of heating, the heating speed of floor heating is relatively slow, about 2 days, so don't act in a hurry.
If it is not hot, you can drain and deflate according to the loop of the room and dredge the pipeline.
