High temperature coolant flows in the warm air box and is the heat source of warm air. The evaporation box is connected with the compressor of the air conditioner and is the cold source of the air conditioner. Both the hot air water tank and the evaporation box are enclosed in the heat exchange box to heat or cool the passing airflow to obtain the airflow with appropriate temperature.

When the air conditioner is turned on, the compressor starts, the AC switch lights up, and the evaporation box produces low temperature. At this time, the damper covers the warm air box, and the normal temperature airflow sent by the fan is cooled after passing through the evaporation box. Because the warm air box has a cover, the low-temperature airflow can only bypass the warm air box and directly enter the cab to get cold air.

If the air conditioner switch is turned on when the warm air is turned on, the air conditioner evaporation box will produce low temperature. At this time, the normal temperature air will be cooled first and then heated by the warm air tank. Although we also get warm air, we waste a lot of energy in the process of cooling and heating. One is that the compressor consumes the power of the engine, and the other is that it is more difficult for the warm air box to heat the cold air, which wastes more heat.
