The language of the motherland is a rich spiritual treasure house, and couplets are dazzling pearls in this spiritual treasure house. In Dongguan, where we are located, there are many historical and cultural landscapes including Keyuan, Liu Hua Park and Qifeng Park, which contain rich cultural connotations of couplets. There are many calligraphy and painting shops around the location of our school, and a group of people who love couplet culture are active. These are excellent resources for students to learn couplets comprehensively. In recent years, all walks of life in Dongguan have paid more and more attention to cultural construction. To build a new cultural city, we need to carry forward traditional culture, and "international garden city" needs to highlight national cultural characteristics. Therefore, our advocacy of traditional culture is in line with the development trend of our city. Guided by advanced educational theory, based on the forefront of educational reform, fully tap school-based resources and traditional cultural resources, and carry out comprehensive study of couplets, which provides students with a broad learning space, conforms to the spirit of curriculum reform, conforms to the reality of the school, has high research value and operability, and is conducive to improving the quality of Chinese teaching, cultivating modern compound national talents who love the traditional culture of the motherland, taking root in the fertile soil of national culture, developing in an all-round way and building a harmonious society.
2. Experimental objectives
2. 1 Conduct a comprehensive study of Chinese studies around couplets, guide children to pay attention to traditional culture, stimulate children's interest in traditional culture, cultivate children's elegant hobbies, improve children's cultural literacy, let excellent national culture infiltrate their hearts, and help children establish national pride and self-confidence.

3. Research Object and Time We took 48 students from Class 2, Grade 6, Garden Primary School in Dongcheng District, Dongguan as the research object. The experiment lasted for 9 months from September 2008 to May 2009.

The world of couplets is rich and colorful, and each couplet has its uses. Interest is the source of learning. Internet provides a broad learning platform for students. I asked students to check several websites such as the Grand View of Couplets and the World of Couplets on the Internet to learn about the origin and development of couplets, their characteristics, their stories and some interesting couplets. I also instructed students to subscribe to and buy many extracurricular reading materials about couplets. Because there is no limit on the number of people in the form, it is really a hundred flowers. There are music accompaniment, applause accompaniment and some allegro recitation. Through these activities, students collected and enjoyed many interesting couplets, fully appreciated the unique beauty of China language, and became more interested in learning couplets. 5. 1.3 Understand the purpose and learn to use couplets. According to the use of couplets, we divide them into several categories: Spring Festival couplets, industry couplets, wedding couplets, scenery couplets, house couplets, birthday couplets, aphorisms, topic couplets and funeral couplets. In order to help students understand the classification of couplets and learn how to use them, we first let them understand the classification of couplets and appreciate more than ten couplets of each type, and then hold colorful activities such as "Industry Couplet Quiz", "Practical Couplet Classification Competition" and "Couplet Classification Contest". These activities make students realize that couplets are widely used and everything can be linked, which lays the foundation for how to apply couplets.

We hold activities such as reading famous couplets, stories of famous couplets, guessing couplets by looking at pictures, guessing meanings by watching couplets, guessing couplets by listening to stories, etc., to stimulate students' strong interest in couplets, cultivate students' ability to collect and accumulate information, and lay the foundation for students to write couplets. 5. 1.5 Learn to distinguish between up and down links. Students have mastered the characteristics of pairs: the number of words is equal, the part of speech is the same, the meaning is related, and the balance is relative. Students try to use some skills of couplets to distinguish between upper and lower couplets. This is a test of students' comprehensive knowledge of couplets, guiding students to apply what they have learned and training students' practical ability of language and literature. 5.2 Social investigation education should be closely integrated with life, learning in life and making children's learning a part of life. We have rich learning resources and social and cultural atmosphere for couplets. We make full use of these high-quality resources to guide students to appreciate the couplets around us. We visited four activities: You Mingsheng, Appreciation of Famous Couplets, Appreciation of Street Color Couplets, Appreciation of Hometown Spring Festival Couplets, and Searching for the Footprints of Cultural Couplets. Before the activity, the whole class was divided into four groups: scenic spot group, Spring Festival group, industry group and culture group, with about 12 people in each group. Before departure, each group made activity plans and designed access cards. In the crisp autumn of September, the students of the scenic spot group visited places of interest such as Dongguan Keyuan, Liu Hua Park, Qifeng Park and Central Square, and enjoyed and collected more than 30 pairs of scenic spots. /kloc-In early October, students from trade associations visited hotels, tea shops, wooden products and calligraphy and painting shops in the bustling Garden Commercial Street nearby, collected more than 40 trade associations and visited many lovers of couplets. /kloc-In mid-October, the Spring Festival couplets group went to Zhang Cun to enjoy the Spring Festival couplets and homestead couplets of hometown dwellings, collected more than 50 pairs of Spring Festival couplets and homestead couplets, and visited famous local painters and painters? 10 In late October, the cultural group visited the couplets on the art gallery of Dongcheng Sixth Primary School, interviewed the headmaster and the calligraphy teacher, and went to Lingnan Art Museum to enjoy the exhibition of calligraphy and painting works. The students collected more than 50 cultural couplets. After the visit, the students reported by writing investigation reports, taking notes, drawing pictures, compiling couplets and writing couplets in calligraphy? In this link, let students be familiar with the exploration content, be close to life, let students discover beauty, feel beauty and create beauty in life, cultivate students' feelings of loving life and motherland language, cultivate students' observation ability, thinking ability and collection ability, greatly improve students' Chinese practice ability, and at the same time improve students' communication ability and self-care ability. 5.3 The way to learn Chinese in couplet creation is to use Chinese, and the core of Chinese learning is capacity building, which is mainly realized through activities. On the basis of understanding and mastering the skills of couplets, I ask students to create a series of couplets from easy to difficult.
5.3. 1 Teacher-student relationship, I first made the upper couplet "red", while the students made the lower couplet "green", "white", "blue" yellow ",and I also made the upper couplet" Antarctic ".The students quickly scolded each other, making a diversion from the east to the west and being neighbors. . Then students write the first part, teachers write the second part, men and women work together, and groups work together. Through interesting language games, students initially feel the fun of creating couplets. 5.3.2 Fill in the matching (the group leader draws lots, and the team will cooperate within the specified time), such as: winter pair _ _, dusk pair _ _ _, beast pair _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ These two links are just a step exercise, paving the way for writing couplets. 5.3.4 Students can create their own couplets according to the theme, such as landscape couplets, Spring Festival couplets, theme couplets, home couplets, industry couplets, etc. Or imitate the couplets of ancient poems and famous sentences to describe the beauty of the campus? 5.3.5 Students of the self-created couplets calligraphy contest should complete their own couplets calligraphy works within the specified two hours, using at least one soft pen and one hard pen, and the materials are not limited. They can write Spring Festival couplets and inscribed couplets, and make bookmarks and greeting cards? Students not only showed their creative talents in the activities, but also improved their calligraphy level. 5.3.6 Send couplets to villagers (1) Spring Festival couplets: On the eve of the Spring Festival, five students in the class, including calligraphers Zhou Ruixin and Zhou Jianhua, wrote Spring Festival couplets for the elderly in Zhang Cun. (2) Inscription for alumni: I have been in love for six years. How can I bear to say goodbye after graduation? Teachers and students are full of feelings. A pair of small couplets, given to my alma mater, with gratitude; Give it to the teacher as a token of gratitude; Give it to your classmates and keep friendship? (3) epigrams give couplets to friends all over the world. The four groups split up and wrote and presented couplets for Garden Street, Central Square, Fuyi Garden Club and Qifeng Park. (4) Giving away family couplets: Learn from Jie Jin and create your own couplets to hang on the door; Birthday couplets for family birthday gifts; Hanging in the study? 6. Experimental results
The experiment is fruitful. The whole class * * * wrote 48 couplets investigation reports, among which Wang's investigation report "Comparison of Ancient and Modern Couplets" was the best. Students also wrote 48 interviews and published three handwritten newspapers *** 144. Students in the Spring Festival couplets group compiled 12 pairs of Spring Festival couplets, among which the traditional Spring Festival couplets compiled by Zhong are the most abundant. The four groups also co-edited four couplets, which are illustrated and rich in content, and are the crystallization of the students' painstaking efforts. Five students, including Zhou Jianhua, wrote more than ten pairs of Spring Festival couplets and presented them to ten old people in Zhang Cun. Zhou Ruixin wrote many Spring Festival couplets to his neighbors in the community with his official book, which was praised by the villagers and given to the teacher before graduation. Feng's paintings and essays with his classmates are quite creative, such as A Street in the Garden. 10 student couplet calligraphy works were exhibited in the school window and were well received by teachers and students. The following are some well-known couplets created by children: Laughing day and night, sweating thousands of drops, Yumu and Fengfeng are keen on building the Guangsha Wan Jian (created by Chen Xiaobing for his father as an architect). Flowers in full bloom, full of green, full of fruit flowers (created by Lu Lina for the orchard). There is a fairy wind in the room, and people often know autumn because of the treasure fan (made by Le Desheng for the appliance store). This experimental activity pays attention to connecting with reality, from school to society, from easy to difficult, with rich and colorful activities, large knowledge capacity and strong interest. It makes full use of curriculum resources and social resources and creatively carries out various activities, which enhances students' awareness of learning and using Chinese in various occasions, greatly enhances students' language expression ability and improves students' Chinese literacy.
