There can be no black-box operation in the interview of civil servants.

Civil servant interview-the common forms are structured interview and leaderless group interview.

The interview process of structured interview includes: interview registration, drawing lots, waiting for the exam, entering the examination room, answering questions, candidates leaving, interview ending, next candidate entering, result confirmation and interview ending.

There is no leading group discussion in the interview process: candidates' entrance, personal statement, free discussion, summary statement, candidates' exit, grading review, next candidate's entrance, result confirmation and interview ending. In addition to the above two interview forms, a small number of departments will also use semi-structured interviews and structured group interviews.

Semi-structured interview process: interview registration, drawing lots, waiting for exams, entering the examination room, answering questions, candidates leaving, interview ending, next candidate entering, result confirmation and interview ending. Structured group interview process: first, draw lots in the waiting room to decide who you want to PK with, usually three or four people in the same position. Secondly, enter the exam preparation room together after grouping, and draw lots again to decide the order of answering questions.

There are problem books, draft papers and pens in the preparation room (some of them also have instructions on the examination process), and the preparation time is 15 minutes. You can write on the draft paper, but you can't scribble on the problem book. It should be noted that you can't discuss with each other during the preparation. Finally, enter the examination room and sit in the order of drawing lots.
