Is there a black-box operation in the civil service examination?
I really don't know much about black-box operation, so I haven't met it for the time being. However, the morning and afternoon questions are different. It's sheer nonsense to leak the test questions in the bathroom. Moreover, publishing the results after the next interview is also a procedure, which all interviewers do! The exam organizer can't get in touch with the examiner and the judges. During the interview, all examiners' mobile phones are turned off and isolated. The examination organizer only takes the candidates out of the examination room, not into it. The number confirmed by the exam organizer is easy to call when it is their turn in the future. I was also confirmed by the number during the interview, but I didn't find any relationship! I have participated in two interviews, and now I am a civil servant, which has nothing to do with this. I hope everyone will not be misled by the upstairs. Generally speaking, the interview is quite fair and transparent. As for the possibility of black-box operation, I can't rule it out, but if there is, it is a minority. After all, there are too few people who have connections to operate the interview. People upstairs are not very good at finding fault with their interviews. Forget their indignation. Don't affect others' enthusiasm for exams. You have said so much, and nothing can be used as evidence of black-box operation. In addition, it is somebody else's ability to be a sissy and get into public security. The state does not stipulate that sissy people can't take the public security exam, so personal attacks on others are not qualified.
