In order to avoid different groups and judges' inconsistent grasp of evaluation criteria, a trial evaluation can be conducted first. (5) Comprehensive ability interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality and professionalism of candidates. The comprehensive ability and English interview are decided by random lottery on the spot, and the interview judges can give questions on the spot according to the candidates' answers to further test the candidates' comprehensive ability and English level.
The interview process and the main contents of the interview must be recorded in writing, and audio or video recording should be made when necessary.
2. Written test method
The written test includes political and comprehensive ability test (management and English). Politics is an open-book exam (bibliography: review materials of "Political Theory" for the national postgraduate entrance examination in that year); The comprehensive ability test is a closed-book test (no reference books are specified).
