Rules for qualifying round of world cup group match

The qualifying rules for the group stage are as follows (see page 52 of the FIFA official website Document of the 20 14 FIFA World Cup for details, translated as follows):

A, the person with the highest score ranks first.

B, the group with the highest goal difference ranks first.

C, the group with the highest total number of goals ranks first.

If two or more teams are still tied according to the above rules, they will be compared in the following order to determine the ranking order:

D, compare the winning and losing relationship of several teams in parallel. If they are still equal, then:

E. compare the goal difference of several teams in parallel. If they are still equal, then:

F, compare the total number of goals scored between several draw teams. If they are still equal, then:

G. FIFA will draw lots to decide.

The top two in each group qualify and enter the knockout stage. Among them, each group must kick off at the same time in the last round of two games.
