3. Organization evaluation: The unit or community neighborhood committee shall organize relevant personnel to evaluate the income, housing and assets of the applicant family, and fill in the Family Evaluation Record Form.

4. Publicity: the unit or community neighborhood committee shall complete the material review, household survey and organization review within 30 working days after officially accepting the application for family materials. If the applicant meets the application conditions after examination, the unit or community neighborhood committee shall publicize the applicant's family population, housing, income, assets, etc. at the applicant's domicile, actual residence and work unit, and the publicity period shall be 10 day.

After publicity, if there is no objection or objection is not established, the unit or community neighborhood committee shall sign the preliminary examination opinions, and submit the written application materials of the family to the administrative competent unit or the district management committee qualification examination team.

If there is no objection to the review, the administrative competent unit or the qualification examination team of the district management Committee shall identify the qualifications of the applicant family, sign the opinions and seal them, and report them to the municipal housing security qualification examination office.

If there is any objection to the review, the administrative competent unit or the qualification review team of the District Management Committee shall, in conjunction with the relevant units, review it within 10 days, and inform the families that do not meet the application conditions in writing; Those who meet the requirements shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(four) the city housing security qualification audit office audit
