What do you mean by coordinating students?
The co-ordinating students are primary school students. Due to the shortage of degrees in individual schools, the enrollment policy of 100 students is strictly implemented, and many schools fail to accept them. Children who can only arrange degrees within 3 kilometers of their residential address can be arranged by the Education Bureau. Overall planning students/enrollment: If school-age children can't meet the corresponding enrollment conditions, they are overall planning students and need to enroll students as a whole. Before these students are admitted to public primary schools, the coordinating students will not be admitted. The extended data coordinator is a primary school student, which cannot be accepted by many schools for some reasons. Only the Education Bureau can co-ordinate arrangements for children with degrees within 3 kilometers of their residential address. There is a situation in which students plan as a whole: 1. There are two properties in different nuclear areas, and children may not be college students; 2. Students' parents have household registration in the nuclear area but no housing, so they can only enroll through overall planning; 3. Or live with your ancestors, and your children are registered in the property of your ancestors, or you can allocate degrees through overall planning.
