(Latest news, from Jinyun News Network) Reply of Dayuan Town Party Committee and Government: Recently, Dayuan Town Agricultural Office held an accounting meeting of all administrative villages in the town on May 24 in accordance with the spirit of "Promotion Meeting of Farmers' Transfer in Jinyun County" on May 17. At the meeting, the spirit of the meeting of the county party committee was conveyed, and four questionnaires were distributed, including the questionnaire on the resettlement of farmers after relocation in different places, the questionnaire on the intention of farmers' scattered relocation, the questionnaire on the relocation of natural villages that have not been relocated, and the summary of the relocation of administrative villages. It was made clear at the meeting that farmers who are willing to move on 20 12-20 15 can register with the village committee. To this end, three points can be made clear: (1) This is an intentional survey arranged by the county, not for Dayuan Town. There is no such thing as "Dayuan Town wants all immigrants". (2) The normal relocation and resettlement work began in 2008. For specific policies, please refer to Opinions on the Implementation of Farmers Transfer Project in Jinyun County (No.80, 2008). (3) In August, 2009, Dayuan Town was flooded with "8. 15" catastrophic mudslide. In order to resettle the homeless victims and villagers of the geological disaster in Zhengnian Mountain, the county government has formulated special policies for the victims and villagers of the "8. 15" geological disaster in Zhengnian Mountain, and invested in the construction of a "resettlement community for farmers". The first phase project of Wang Shuhong Resettlement Community is only applicable to the relocation of eight severely affected villages, such as Hou Ling, and the whole village of Nian Cheng Mountain Village before the adjustment of administrative village scale, and is not applicable to other villagers. Farmers in other villages have moved to poverty and other places, and there is no new specific policy in the county. As for the intention of relocation sites (Huzhen, Shuhong, Xinbi, Qili and Du Dong), this is only an investigation currently being conducted by the county agricultural office. Whether to transfer to other places will fully respect the wishes of farmers and will not be unified.
