I. Competition Date and Events
(1) Competition date: Sunday, April, 2023 16.
(2) Event: Half Marathon: 15000 people.
Second, the registration qualification
(1) Anyone who meets the requirements of the competition rules, regardless of nationality, has legal identification and is suitable for medical examination can apply.
(2) Age limit for contestants
Competitors must be at least 16 years old in the year of the competition (before 65438+February 3 1 in 2007), and prove that they are in good health and are suitable for long-distance running.
(3) Those who have the following conditions are not allowed to participate in the competition: congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases; Myocarditis and other heart diseases; Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia; Diabetes with high or low blood sugar; Pregnancy; Catch a cold within two weeks before the competition; Other situations that are not suitable for exercise.
(4) Those who have the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the Shanghai Half Marathon: they have a history of severe and critical pneumonia in novel coronavirus; Novel coronavirus has not recovered after infection or has one of the symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., and COVID-19 infection has not been ruled out without treatment; Novel coronavirus recovered from infection less than 30 days ago.
Third, the registration time
(1) mass runners
1, forecast time: March 9 13:30 p.m. to March 12 13:30 p.m., and it will stop when it expires.
2. Date of announcement of the lottery results: March 17.
3. Payment time: March 17, and the lottery results will be announced until March 20 15:00. Failure to pay in time will be regarded as giving up the qualification to register for the competition, and the quota for this competition will not be obtained in any other way.
(2) Half-horse runners who go straight to Shanghai
From the afternoon of March 9 13:30 to the noon of March 4 12:00, failure to apply after the deadline will be regarded as giving up the qualification. Through train players can get the qualification directly after signing up and paying the fee, and do not need to participate in the lottery.
(3) Ma Shang Charity 2023 Shanghai Half Marathon Charity Runner
Registration will begin on the afternoon of March 9th 13:30, with 200 seats while stocks last. After signing up for the fee, the charity runner can get the qualification directly without taking part in the lucky draw.
