Ma Guang Loyal Runner: Runners who have participated in the Guangzhou Marathon for eight consecutive years (20 12 years) (regardless of the event, they will be directly qualified without drawing lots;
Guangma Elite Runner: Any runner who has participated in previous Guangma (20 12 years) and met the following requirements in marathon or half marathon, if he signs up for the competition, will be directly qualified without drawing lots. Performance requirements of Guangzhou-Malaysia elite runners: 3:30:00 for men's marathon (including 3:50:00 for women's marathon (including men's half marathon 1:30:00) (including women's half marathon 1:50:00).
Through train runners need to log in to official website of Guangzhou Marathon during the registration period to complete the registration. Those who fail to report within the time limit are deemed to have given up and will not be re-recorded.
Health requirements:
Marathon is a high-load, high-intensity and long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the contestants. Participants should be in good health and have the foundation of long-term running exercise or training.
Anyone who has the following circumstances shall not participate in the competitions of various events set up in this competition:
1. Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4. Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;
5. Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
6. Catch a cold within two weeks before the game;
7. Other patients with diseases that are not suitable for exercise;
8. Pregnant women.
Participants are personally responsible for personal injuries and property losses caused by personal health and other personal reasons during the competition. The organizing committee suggested that all the contestants should go to regular medical institutions for physical examination (including electrocardiogram examination), and make self-evaluation based on the physical examination report, and only after confirming that their physical condition can adapt to the long-distance running can they sign up for the competition.
Disclaimer: The routes, drinking stations and toilets of this competition are not suitable for special people such as wheelchairs, strollers and roller skating. In order to fully protect your personal safety, the organizing Committee has the right to terminate the qualification of the above groups. In addition, there is no racing wheelchair group in the competition, and the racing wheelchair does not compete on the track, so the results will not be accepted.
