Does the resettlement house cost money?
Don't. According to the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land, the expropriated person can choose monetary compensation or property right exchange. If property rights exchange is selected, the collection department will provide a set of houses called "resettlement houses" for the expropriated person to live temporarily. After the specified time, the expropriated person can move into the new house.
