The fees for land registration and approval are as follows:
1, registration fee:
(1) If the land area of the party and government organizations is less than 2,000 square meters (including 2,000 square meters), 200 yuan will be charged for each parcel, and 25 yuan will be charged for every 500 square meters. The maximum is not more than 700 yuan.
(2) The land area of the enterprise is below 1 ,000 square meters (including 1 ,000 square meters), and the 40 yuan will be increased for every 500 square meters, with a maximum of 40,000 yuan.
(III) Full-budget management institutions shall implement the charging standards for party and government organs: 300 yuan shall be collected for each parcel with a land use area of less than 5,000 square meters (including 5,000 square meters) in the differential budget management institutions. Every 500 square meters plus 25 yuan, up to 1 10,000 yuan. Self-supporting institutions implement enterprise standards.
(4) For urban residents whose housing land area is less than 100 square meters (including 100 square meters) and whose income is 13 yuan, 5 yuan will be added for every 50 square meters, with the maximum not exceeding 30 yuan.
2. Production cost: each certificate of individual 10 yuan, each certificate of unit 10 yuan, and each certificate of foreign-funded enterprises and other countries with special certificates is 20 yuan.
