In order to further improve the scientific and standardized level of civil servants' physical examination, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau organized medical experts to revise some contents of the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Standard) and the Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Manual). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Article 1 of the standard is revised as: organic diseases such as rheumatic diseases, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease and congenital diseases are unqualified. Congenital diseases that have not been cured by surgery or surgery are qualified.
In any of the following circumstances, the lesion is excluded and qualified:

(2) Frequent premature contraction;

Four. Article 6 of the standard is revised as: serious chronic digestive system diseases such as chronic inflammation, ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are unqualified. Those without serious complications after subtotal gastrectomy are qualified.
