Interview rules
Interview strictly implements the system of double lottery for examiners and candidates, that is, the examiner draws lots to determine the test center or examination room on the day of the interview, and the candidates draw lots to determine the order of participating in the interview.
During the interview, both the interviewer and the candidate are in a closed management state. It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones and other communication tools into the interview examination room. The recruiting unit shall not provide the personal information of the applicant to the interviewer. The examiner scores according to the interview serial number of the candidates. During the interview, candidates are not allowed to disclose their names to the examiner. If there is any violation, the interview result will be treated as zero.

For positions where the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the number of people actually attending the interview is less than 1: 1 (including 1: 1), candidates' interview scores must reach the average score (including the average score) of all the people interviewed by the examiner group on the same day before they are qualified, but not less than 60 points. Note: For positions with the ratio of planned recruitment to actual interview in counties (districts, administrative districts) and townships (towns) below 1: 1 (including 1: 1), candidates' interview scores will be reduced by 5 points on the basis of the average score of all the people interviewed by the examiner group on the same day, which is considered as qualified.
The interview results will be announced on the day of the interview.
