The interview form of national examination is mainly structured interview, and some positions will be interviewed by leaderless groups.
Leaderless group discussion is a method of collective testing of candidates. By setting work-related questions for candidates, the candidates are grouped according to the same or similar positions, and each group (generally 6-8 people, and in some places as many as 12 people) is allowed to discuss freely within a certain period of time without setting leaders, so as to test the candidates' abilities of organization and coordination, comprehensive analysis, insight into contingency, interpersonal relationship handling, nonverbal communication, and their personality characteristics and behavior style. In the national examination interview, a few departments will adopt the leaderless interview method, such as the Jiu San Society, the Bureau of Land and Resources, the Forestry Bureau, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, and the Democratic Progressive Party Central Committee.
Second, there is no leading group interview.
From the time point of view, the leaderless group discussion has gone through five stages, namely, candidates' admission, personal presentation, free discussion, concluding remarks and candidates' exit. The following is an introduction to each stage:
1. Admission of candidates
Examiners confirm the candidates' identities in the waiting room and group the candidates according to the discussion requirements. Candidates must obey the arrangement of the staff when entering the examination room. Generally, it is guided by the staff and queued for admission. Knock on the door and get the permission of "come in" and enter in order. The specific location of general candidates should be decided by the candidates in advance. After entering the examination room, find your seat or behind the chair according to the desk card and stand by; When the examiner indicates that you can sit down, say thank you and then sit down; Avoid making harsh noises when adjusting the seat.
2. Personal statement
After the candidates are seated, listen carefully to the guidance of the interviewer and answer according to the tips and requirements of the guidance. Review your identity and tasks, read the materials quickly, master the time, allocate time for thinking and speaking, and make a general outline. Then express your views on the task. The duration of each person is generally less than 5 minutes, usually 2 or 3 minutes.
colloquy
In the stage of free discussion, candidates should actively speak and participate in the interaction with other candidates. At this stage, candidates can not only clarify their own views, but also support or oppose others' views, and at the same time sum up their own or others' views.
In the group discussion, it is important to see whether the candidates can contribute their wisdom to the in-depth discussion of the task, whether they can lead the team members to focus on the task and promote the discussion process, and help the team members reach a * * * understanding of the task. Personal heroism is the last thing we need to show active participation and positive attitude, with team interests as the core.
4. Concluding remarks
In the concluding presentation stage, one candidate in the group will generally summarize and state the views of the whole group. If the candidates have strong generalization ability and good expression and deduction ability, they can try their best to make a concluding statement. When summing up, be clear and point by point, pay attention to controlling the time, and be concise. This requires listening carefully throughout the discussion, understanding everyone's views and taking detailed notes.
5. Candidate withdrawal
When the specified discussion procedure ends or the specified end time arrives, after receiving the sign that the examiner and the staff have finished the interview or can leave, stand up and bow: "Thank you, examiners." Then put the paper and pen neatly on the table. Don't take the test questions, draft paper and recorder out of the examination room. Gently put the seat back in its original position and walk out with the staff in turn. Pay attention to your walking posture and facial expressions. The last person in line should pay attention to closing the door gently.
