According to the spirit of the document of xinghua city Education Bureau, our school will adhere to the parallel placement of freshmen, effectively solve the problems of teachers and course selection that the society pays attention to, give students the same starting line, enjoy the same educational resources and a good learning environment.
Second, the work objectives
1. Continue to publicize the significance, principles, methods and steps of parallel placement, and create a good atmosphere for students, parents and all sectors of society to understand and support parallel placement.
2. Establish a long-term mechanism for parallel resettlement with scientific management and sunshine operation, and fully implement parallel resettlement.
3. For all students, allocate resources in a balanced way, promote education equity, improve the quality of education, and do a good job in education that satisfies students and reassures parents.
Third, specific work measures
1. Strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere. Implementing parallel placement system for freshmen is a major reform of school teaching management system in compulsory education stage. Its implementation is conducive to fully implementing the Party's educational policy, promoting quality education in an all-round way, promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and the transformation of weak schools, controlling students' choice of classes and teachers to solve social hot issues, maintaining educational equity, mobilizing the enthusiasm of all teachers and scientifically evaluating teachers' professional performance. To this end, we should proceed from the height of running a satisfactory education for the people, unify our thinking and understanding, change our concepts, establish a new concept of education, teachers, teaching, students and quality that adapts to the new situation, and attach great importance to parallel placement.
2. Strengthen leadership and refine arrangements. Set up a parallel resettlement leading group headed by the principal, clarify the division of labor and responsibilities, and do a good job in parallel resettlement with a positive attitude, careful deployment and strict orders.
3. Balanced collocation and sunshine operation. The first is to balance the class teacher and subject teacher in each class. According to the actual situation of the school, before students are divided into classes, according to the enrollment plan, the school selects teachers with strong sense of responsibility, strong management ability and good professional quality as first-year class teachers and is equipped with subject teachers. When freshmen report for duty, they announce the list of class teachers and teachers in each class to students and parents, and at the same time strengthen the publicity of class teachers and teachers, so that students and parents can deeply understand their work performance and style characteristics. Teachers should be arranged in a balanced way according to their professional level, management ability, temperament and personality, age structure, gender and other factors, and it is forbidden to arrange backbone teachers in one or several classes. Second, on the basis of equal grouping and publicity of students, the class teacher randomly draws lots to determine the grouping of students in his class. In the on-site lottery work, it is necessary to organize all freshmen's class teachers, subject teachers, school leaders and parents' representatives to participate in the parallel placement of freshmen with high level and high quality.
4, strict work discipline, improve the working mechanism. In promoting parallel placement, cheating is strictly prohibited, and key classes and care classes are set up. After the results of parallel placement are confirmed on the spot, it is strictly forbidden to transfer classes within the school, and it is strictly forbidden for each class to accept students assigned to other classes without authorization. For students who transfer normally after the start of school, the school will determine their classes by open random drawing according to relevant regulations. Establish a benign operation mechanism of parallel placement, constantly improve the relevant systems of parallel placement, ensure the sunshine operation of new students' enrollment placement, and ensure that parallel placement is fair, just and open.
Our school will continue to focus on the goal of "running every school well, teaching every student well and developing every teacher well", actively implement free compulsory education, improve the system of entrance to the nearest school without examination for freshmen, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of school-age children to enter school on time, near school and without examination according to law. Do not organize any form of entrance examination, and do not hold various forms of "key classes", "crash courses" and "experimental classes". In strict accordance with the spirit of the document of the higher education department, our school will arrange the annual parallel classes in the new semester, do a good job in the third grade, promote educational equity, standardize school management, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching.
