Does anyone know what kind of process it is to interview and lecture for kindergarten teachers' qualification certificate? Is the lesson plan written like that when preparing lessons?

Teacher qualification interview procedure:

1. Waiting for inspection. Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and identity documents, and enter the waiting room to wait for the exam.

2. Choose a topic. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer randomly extracts test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates extract 1 test questions, while other categories only extract 1 test questions). After the examinee confirms, the system prints the list of test questions.

3. prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and test papers, write lesson plans (or activity demonstration plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

4. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.

5. Trial/demonstration. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). 10 minute.

Step 6 reply. The examiner will ask questions about the content and test items of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate will reply for 5 minutes.

7. Specialized courses and practice guidance courses in secondary vocational schools are interviewed separately, and the evaluation system is not adopted.

Writing a lesson plan mainly consists of three parts: writing a good textbook, talking about the goal and talking about the teaching process. Some children say that the class interview is relatively simple, and more preparation before the exam will definitely pass.
