Twelfth index management institutions are responsible for summarizing the index applications accepted by the external office window, and sending the unaudited applicant information to the public security, human resources and social security, national tax, local tax, quality supervision and other relevant departments for audit before the 8th of each month.
The relevant examination and approval departments of this Municipality shall complete the examination and approval of the applicant's information within 8 working days after receiving the applicant's information, and feed back the examination and approval results to the index management institution.
The relevant examination and approval departments of this Municipality shall cooperate with the index management institutions to do a good job in the audit, and feedback the audit results to the index management institutions within 16 working days from the date of receiving the application for audit.
If the relevant examination and approval department of this Municipality needs to request the superior to cooperate with the examination and approval of the applicant's information, the examination and approval time of the superior shall not be included in the third and fourth paragraphs of this article within the prescribed examination and approval period.

Article 31 If the application scheme or configuration index that provides false information or materials confirms, forges or modifies the confirmation notice of passenger car update index, the relevant audit department shall report to the index feedback management institution and cancel the applicant's qualification for applying for index. If the indicator announcement is invalid, the applicant's application for indicators will not be accepted within three years.
The passenger car indicator light confirmation notice is only for the owner's use. The index management institution shall suspend the investigation for three months on the information related to the indicators released through trading, disguised trading, leasing or leasing or lending.
