(2) Application materials

The contents of the self-recommendation book include: my basic situation, teachers' morality and style, educational and teaching ability and a brief introduction to the teaching situation in the past three years, within 2000 words); Original and photocopy of my valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, professional title certificate and teacher qualification certificate, as well as my various honorary certificates, papers and annual assessment forms in recent 3 years; 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded photos (posted on the registration form).
On-site registration, all copies of the original must be provided for review, and the award-winning honor must provide documents; The original published paper must be provided; Teaching results must be provided by the school or above. If the materials provided by the contestants are inconsistent with the filing materials or resort to deceit, the qualification for the competition will be cancelled.
(3) The interviewer decides
1, assessment. A review team composed of personnel from relevant departments of the district will review all the application materials provided by the applicants. According to the applicant's professional title, annual assessment, award-winning honor, published papers, teaching achievements, achieved level and number of awards, the candidates to be interviewed are determined.
2. Interviewer. The number of interviewees is determined according to the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the recruitment plan (hereinafter referred to as the recruitment ratio) higher than 20: 1, and the number of people who enter the interview is determined according to the ratio of 5: 1; If the recruitment ratio is higher than 3 ∶ 1 (including 3∶ 1) and lower than 20∶ 1 (including 20∶ 1), the persons who enter the interview shall be determined according to the ratio of 3∶ 1; If the recruitment ratio is less than 3∶ 1, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled.

5. Interview judges: according to the relevant regulations of provinces and cities, they are composed of personnel from relevant units. The interview judges are composed of Grade A judges and Grade B judges. Class a judges 1 chief judge (appointed by the organization), and the rest of class a and class b judges are selected by difference lottery.
6. Interview results: The interview results will be publicly announced after the interview of the selected position, and published on the bulletin board of Gongjing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the government affairs column of Gongjing District Education Bureau and Gongjing District Education Online.

If the total score is the same, it will be determined according to the interview results of Class A judges. In the past three years, there have been violations of discipline, and they have been dealt with or punished by the relevant departments, or during the publicity period, they have been exposed that they do not meet the employment conditions and requirements, and they will not be employed. Employees who meet the employment requirements and conditions shall go through the transfer procedures after publicity without objection and passing the medical examination (at their own expense), and those who fail to report within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
After the selection, the salary and welfare benefits shall be implemented according to the national policy (the salary standard of rank shall be subject to filing). The selected personnel belong to the academic leaders of key teachers at the district level and above (including graduates who are to be trained, and certificates shall be provided) and can enjoy the original salary, while the remaining personnel enjoy the salary according to their positions after the selection; Do not solve the problem of spouse moving with them; Those who have not served in the school for five years shall not apply for transfer.
