According to the "Fujian Province Model Kindergarten Evaluation Method (Trial)" and "Fujian Province Model Kindergarten Evaluation Standard" (Ji [2008]4 1No.), on the basis of kindergarten self-inspection declaration, county and city education administrative department qualification examination declaration, our bureau audit, expert group on-site evaluation and publicity, Confirm Ruijing Kindergarten in Xiamen, Hu Ming Kindergarten in Xiamen, Guankou Central Kindergarten (Huangmanor) in jimei district, Xi Mo Chi Kindergarten in Tong 'an District of Xiamen, Zhangpu Second Experimental Kindergarten, Changtai Experimental Kindergarten, Fengze Organ Kindergarten in Quanzhou, Qiaonan Central Kindergarten in Chidian Town of Jinjiang City, Lizhong Experimental Kindergarten in Xianyou County, Mingxi Experimental Kindergarten, Ninghua Chengdong Kindergarten, Jiaocheng Experimental Kindergarten in Ningde City and Jiaocheng Kindergarten in Ningde City.

It is hoped that the above kindergartens will adhere to the guidance of the spirit of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and under the leadership of the local Party committee and government, fully implement the Guiding Opinions on Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6 and the Opinions of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Accelerating the Development of Preschool Education (Zheng Min [2010] No.24) issued by the Ministry of Education, do a good job in rectification and upgrading, implement education laws and regulations in an exemplary manner, standardize conservation education behavior, and deepen education.

City, county (District) Education Bureau should strengthen overall planning, persist in creating normalization and institutionalization, innovate the management mode of preschool education, further improve the pairing assistance mechanism between demonstration kindergartens and weak kindergartens and rural kindergartens, expand the coverage of high-quality preschool education resources, and run well the preschool education that the people are satisfied with.
