Ma Huadong said that as for the mysterious disappearance of human and animal bodies, it is not like the online saying that "the underground river under the swamp in the depths of Death Valley is a trap that devours life. If people and other animals step on the swamp, they will be immediately sent into the bottomless abyss by the huge suction of the underground river. " There is no karst landform in the canyon, so there is no such thing as an underground river. The disappearance of the corpse is related to the banded wetland along the pearl lake and valley, which is nearly 100 km. With the increase of rain in summer, the water level in marshes and wetlands will rise, flooding the bodies, causing the illusion that the bodies will disappear. In addition, people and animals walking in the swamp may also be trapped and swallowed.
