Before the deadline for project announcement registration, the applicant can cancel the registration application and return the registration confirmation form, and the business unit will return the original notice that meets the lease conditions to the applicant; After the project registration deadline, the applicant shall not cancel the registration application and directly enter the housing selection procedure.

Second, determine the order of house selection.

Business units in accordance with the "first low-cost housing Shiwupeizu subsidies, then low-cost housing rental subsidies and economic rental housing rental subsidies, and finally other eligible categories" in the order of the organization of housing selection. In the public * * * rental housing project built with the housing provident fund loan, if the applicant and his spouse or other family members who jointly applied with him can continuously deposit the housing provident fund 1 year or above (inclusive), priority will be given to housing selection among similar applicants.

In accordance with the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", public institutions organize the selection of houses by lottery. The family that has determined the house selection sequence number will hold the house selection notice and go to the designated place according to the house selection sequence number at the specified time. Families who do not participate in the house selection or do not choose the house within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the lease qualification of public rental housing, and shall not apply again within 1 year from the date of issuance of the Notice of Meeting the Lease Conditions.
