Application process:
In order to improve the issuance efficiency, Japanese embassies and consulates simplified the issuance procedures, stipulating that except diplomatic visas, all other visas are represented by agencies designated by embassies and consulates in Japan, and tourist visas are represented by designated travel agencies, and individual applications are not accepted.
Therefore, when applying for a Japanese visa, the applicant must first call the agency or travel agency to find out the specific information to be prepared and send it to the agency, instead of going to the embassy or consulate in person to queue up for the application.
Materials required:
If the applicant is an enterprise, please provide a clear copy of the business license, copy it on A4 paper, have the annual inspection record, and affix the official seal of the company on the copy;
Certificate of employment in duplicate, one in Chinese and one in English, printed on the company's official stationery and stamped with the company's red seal. Japanese guarantor information:
A. The guarantor shall provide an honorary copy of the registration book of the enterprise that has registered itself as a legal person (if the inviter is a Japanese listed company, the honorary copy of the registration book can be replaced with the company copy in the club's fourth quarter report);
B. If the guarantor is an association that is not registered as a legal person, it shall provide "all the facts" (notarized business license).
