Second, the declaration time

Three. Registration procedures and methods
At the time of registration, I should submit my ID card, admission ticket, undergraduate qualification certificates and college graduation certificates. When registering, you should submit a printed outline in Chinese and English (bound with the cover, indicating your name, contact number and other related information). You can register directly, or you can write to register (specify the detailed mailing address, telephone number, zip code, and you can contact during the day). Those who pass the exam will be registered. And you must pay the registration fee, information fee, examination (defense) fee and examination fee * * * 400 yuan. Anyone who needs to send the manuscript by post will pay the postage to 50 yuan. At the end of the defense, the sender must indicate on the money order? Apply to write a graduation thesis? Fourth, the time and procedure of defense.
In principle, the defense time is arranged at the weekend of the third week of May and June 5438+ 10 every year. Candidates are required to present their ID cards, admission tickets, scores of all subjects, graduation certificates and other four originals to this newspaper within the prescribed registration time, and conduct the final qualification examination and draw lots (defense order). Those who fail the exam will not participate in the thesis defense and will not be refunded.
Five, complete the thesis program
1. Does the applicant follow the third item in the writing specification? The scope of the topic? It is stipulated that the topic of the paper should be selected early, and a detailed outline of the paper should be written (one in Chinese and one in English, and the manuscript should be printed and attached with a cover) and submitted to our office within the specified time.
2. After receiving the outline, our office will determine the tutor for the candidates according to the professional direction involved in the thesis, regularly feed back the written opinions of the tutor to the candidates, and inform the candidates of the tutor's name, mailing address and telephone number. Candidates can call for guidance. Telephone contact is made by the examinee himself (please don't disturb the teacher during lunch break! )。
3. Candidates revise and improve the outline and complete the first draft of the thesis according to the opinions of the tutor, or redefine the topic of the thesis according to the opinions of the tutor. Candidates who need to change the topic of their thesis must re-complete the thesis procedure started by 1 above.
4. The submission time of the revised paper outline and the first draft should be indicated in the candidate's manuscript according to the specific situation. When submitting the first draft, you must add a Chinese cover (indicating the title of the paper, the name of the tutor and myself, and the writing time).
5. 10 Candidates who take part in the defense in May must finish their thesis writing before the cold snap (February) and summer vacation (July) respectively, and bind the printed revised outline in Chinese and English and the original thesis in quadruplicate from March 20th to April 5th and August 20th to September 5th respectively, and submit them to our office on time. Foreign candidates need to mail their papers to the study room, but they can send them in advance. )
Requirements and descriptions of intransitive verbs
1. This paper is written in English. The preface is not less than 1000 words, and the total length of the paper (including preface, text and conclusion) is 4000 words. The paper should be mentally healthy.
2. Please submit the outline and the first draft on A4 paper for all submitted papers (you need to back them up yourself). Do not accept faxes or emails.
3. The instructor is not responsible for providing reference books and borrowing relevant materials.
4. If the outline fails to meet the requirements after three revisions by the instructor, it will be postponed until the next defense, returned to 200 yuan and re-applied for the second declaration.
5. The results of the defense can be inquired by telephone or website according to the time of the current defense notice.
