The eight elements of civil servants' interview evaluation include: comprehensive analysis ability, verbal expression ability, planning, organization, coordination ability, adaptability, self-emotional control, interpersonal cooperation consciousness and skills, the matching between job-seeking motivation and proposed position, and demeanor.

Structured interview refers to a form of interview implemented according to standardized procedures. Based on job analysis, it uses the same evaluation elements and interview questions for candidates applying for the same position, and the candidates are evaluated by systematically trained examiners at the same time according to established standards. The life system, implementation and result evaluation of interview questions are all carried out in accordance with the standardized procedures formulated in advance.

Leaderless group discussion is a method of group interview. Candidates are grouped according to the same or similar positions, and each group puts forward their own opinions without organization, and discusses the given questions and materials for a certain period of time without leadership. Examiners sit at a certain distance behind or opposite the candidates, do not participate in the discussion, and only evaluate the candidates' ability and quality according to a set of preset standards by observing their performance in the discussion.

The process of structured interview:

(1) sign in. Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards and written test admission tickets according to the requirements of the interview announcement, report to the waiting room of the interview test center at the specified time, and implement closed management after reporting. Candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting room without permission.

(2) verify identity. The examiner will verify the valid identities of the interviewers one by one, and at the same time keep the communication tools carried by the candidates in a centralized way.

(3) draw lots. Under normal circumstances, candidates should first extract the interview sequence number as required, and if there are a large number of people, they should be grouped.

(4) interview. According to the lottery order, the guide guides the candidates to the selected interview room to participate in the interview.

(5) scoring. Examiners independently grade candidates' answers according to the requirements of the interview book.

The general process of leaderless group discussion:

(1) Admission of candidates. Guided by the staff, queue up for admission, and candidates are seated as required.

(2) reading materials. Candidates read the material and prepare to speak.

(3) personal statement. The interviewer reads the introduction, and the candidates think and prepare according to the tips and requirements of the introduction. After the reflection time, the candidate makes a personal statement and expounds his own views.

(4) Free discussion. At this stage, candidates can freely participate in the discussion, express their opinions and put forward suggestions to solve problems. During the period, the interviewer only observed each candidate and scored according to the scoring standard, and did not participate in the discussion or give any form of guidance.

(5) summary statement. After the discussion, a group representative will be produced to summarize and state the views on behalf of the group.

(6) Candidates exit. At the end of the interview, the examiner announced the candidates' withdrawal, and the candidates withdrew as required.

(7) scoring. Examiners score according to the candidates' performance, and the examiners sign the report card.
