If there is no public rental housing community in the street where the social security payment unit is located, the house transfer shall be handled in accordance with the principle of proximity.

If the lessee of public rental housing is over 70 years old and needs the care of relatives because he can't take care of himself, he can apply for changing the housing in different areas of the same apartment.

If the number of tenants increases to more than 3, you can apply to change to a two-bedroom public rental house in this community.

Due to the change of work place, retired Class I personnel can apply to be transferred to the same type of public rental housing community near their current work place, but they must provide the original labor contract and the salary flow certificate issued by the company.

Due to the needs of minor children's schooling, they can apply to transfer to the same type of public rental housing community near the minor children's school, but they need to provide the school's admission notice or proof of schooling.

In principle, only the same type of room change is allowed.

You may not apply for transfer in the following circumstances.

Tenant family in any of the following circumstances, shall not apply for housing transfer:

The guarantee qualification has been cancelled or is still in dispute;

Damage to houses and ancillary facilities and equipment in violation of the use regulations;

Accumulated arrears of rent for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons;

Other violations of the relevant provisions of public rental housing or the "public rental housing lease contract".

The process of applying for room transfer

The applicant submits an application for housing transfer to the municipal affordable housing management center, and fills in the Application Form for Housing Transfer of Public Rental Housing.

City affordable housing management center accepts the applicant's application, and reviews the authenticity, completeness and validity of the relevant materials submitted by the applicant and puts forward audit opinions. Those who meet the requirements are registered in the order of application and included in the scope of housing selection.

These Provisions shall come into force on March 1 day, 2022, and shall be valid for 5 years. The original Interim Provisions on the Transfer of Public Rental Housing in Zhuji City shall be abolished at the same time.
