The US-Africa Defeat Competition started in Mexico City on June 4th, local time, and lasted for three days. The four teams participating in the competition are Mexico, Chile, Tunisia and Algeria, and the competition adopts a single round robin system. On the first day, Chile defeated Tunisia men's volleyball team 3-0(25-2 1, 25-2 1), while Mexican men's volleyball team 3-0 (25-2 1, 25-/kloc-). The next day, Mexico beat Chile 3- 1(22-25, 25-2 1, 25-22, 25-22), and Tunisia beat Chile 3- 1(25- 14, 22-25). On the closing day, Mexico lost to Tunisia 2-3(25-23, 23-25, 23-25, 25- 19, 18-20) and suffered its first defeat. Chile lost 3- 1(23-25, 20).
Three days later, Mexico, Chile and Tunisia were all 2 wins 1 losses, but the host country was 2-3 losses, and got the precious score of 1, ranking first with 7 points, and successfully got the tickets for the Rio Olympic Games. Chile ranked second with 6 points, Tunisia ranked third with 2 wins 1 negative 5 points, and Algeria ranked last in all three games.
