The Spring Festival in 2020 is approaching. In order to facilitate citizens to buy fireworks and firecrackers, our city will set up eight temporary retail outlets for fireworks and firecrackers in Xichang city. Our bureau plans to draw lots to generate this year's retail outlets' business qualifications.
