Can employers in Ontario, Canada nominate immigrants to get green cards directly?
Among the employer-sponsored immigrants in the provincial nominated immigration project, there are NB nominated employer-sponsored immigrants, Ontario employer immigrants and Saskatchewan employer immigrants. Employers in these three provinces can get green cards (permanent resident cards) after they nominate immigrants through employers, but only NB province can guarantee that immigrants can get green cards directly without going through the examination of the embassy in China.
When applying for employer-sponsored immigration nominated by NB province, if the applicant is nominated, the government of New Brunswick will send your application to CIO, who will issue you a permanent residence visa after receiving it.
New Brunswick Province (NB Province) Nominated Employer Sponsored Immigration Application Process:
Step 1: Submit an immigration application to the provincial government of New Brunswick.
You need to provide the original NBPNP application form and supporting documents, as well as 1 original and 1 copy of CIC form and supporting documents. Please refer to the list of materials for the required materials. All submitted materials will not be returned. Supplementary funds may be needed during the application process.
Step 2: The provincial government of New Brunswick will inform you of the application result in writing.
The provincial government of New Brunswick will inform you of the application result in writing. If nominated, the provincial government of New Brunswick will send your application to the CIO. Upon receipt, CIO will issue you a permanent residence visa.
Step 3: Settle in New Brunswick and contact the provincial government of New Brunswick.
Within 30 days after you land in Canada, you must contact the provincial government of New Brunswick and tell you your address and telephone number in the provincial government of New Brunswick.
