In order to study, carry out and implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the County Education and Sports Bureau regulating the school-running behavior of primary and secondary schools, correct the school-running thinking, standardize the school-running behavior, promote the harmonious, healthy and sustainable development of our school, and run a satisfactory education for the people, our school held a team meeting and a staff meeting in early September to learn the documents at all levels, conveyed the spirit of the county and township meeting, set up a school special action leading group, formulated the school-running behavior norms, actively carried out self-examination activities and standardized the school-running behavior. The self-inspection is now reported as follows:

First, standardize enrollment behavior.

Our school adheres to the system of free entrance examination for compulsory education, and implements the principle of enrolling students according to their registered residence, free entrance examination and admission nearby, so as to ensure that all school-age children in the service area are enrolled in compulsory education. After entering the school, according to factors such as the source of freshmen's household registration, gender, etc., S-shaped placement and class teacher drawing lots are adopted. We implement small class teaching, but we don't control it to more than 20 students. The whole process of enrollment and scheduling should be open, transparent, standardized and publicized. After students enter the school, they should complete the electronic registration of their school status in time, and do a good job of changing students and updating popular materials as required. At present, the student status management system is sound.

Second, standardize teaching behavior.

1, our school can strictly implement the curriculum plan and arrange education and teaching activities in accordance with the provisions of the national and provincial curriculum plans, so as to: insist on starting classes according to standard class hours and do not arbitrarily increase or decrease class hours; Insist on starting classes according to courses, and do not add or subtract subjects at will; Insist on teaching according to the requirements of curriculum standards, and do not raise or lower the teaching difficulty at will; Insist on grasping the progress according to the teaching plan, and don't end the course and engage in surprise teaching at will; Adhere to the requirements of the examination according to regulations, and do not arbitrarily increase the number of examinations.

2. Our school has classes five days a week, and students participate in education and teaching activities for no more than six hours every day, with each class lasting 40 minutes. Strictly implement the holiday notice, do not take up school and holiday time, and arrange for students to make up lessons or take new classes collectively. Strictly implement the timetable stipulated by the state. Students go to school in spring and winter from 8 am to 1 1 pm 15 pm and from 14 pm to 16: 25 pm. School hours in summer and autumn, and working hours in the morning remain the same, from 14: 25 to 16: 55 in the afternoon, to ensure that students study at school for no more than 6 hours every day. 3. Strictly control the workload. In principle, there is no written homework in Grade One and Grade Two in our school, and the amount of written homework in other grades does not exceed 1 hour. Don't increase the workload on weekends and holidays. Teachers can carefully choose homework content according to the requirements of curriculum reform, and do not assign mechanical, repetitive and difficult homework, so students' homework is basically moderate.

4. Strictly standardize the daily examination. Our school does not organize to participate in all kinds of examinations, competitions, grade examinations and other activities without the approval of the District Education and Sports Bureau, and standardize the usual examinations. It is strictly forbidden to publish students' test scores and rank them according to their scores, and students are not allowed to arrange seats according to their test scores. Implement a comprehensive evaluation method that combines students' academic performance and growth records to evaluate students.

Third, standardize teachers' behavior.

1. Strengthen teachers' professional ethics education and professional training, and improve teachers' professional level. The school has formulated a series of rules and regulations on the construction of teachers' morality to standardize teachers' teaching behavior. Teachers can consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the school and carry out teaching activities according to the requirements of "five noes" and "eight noes". Every academic year, teachers' professional ethics assessment is carried out, outstanding teachers and advanced workers with professional ethics are selected, and a good habit of teaching and educating people, loving their jobs and being dedicated is actively created.

2. The school has formulated the basic requirements for teachers to prepare lessons, attend lectures, attend lectures, arrange and correct homework and evaluate. Fourth, standardize the behavior of running schools and classes.

1. There are more than 270 students in our school 14 classes, with an average of 40 students in each class. The allocation of teachers should be reasonable and balanced to ensure that all students receive compulsory education fairly.

Five, standardize the management of fees and teaching materials.

Implement the policies of the compulsory education funding guarantee mechanism, and pay the reasonable expenses required for education and teaching activities from public funds in accordance with state regulations. Accommodation fees were stopped in the spring of 2009, and no other fees were charged except for the charging items and standards stipulated by the education and price departments.

Students in our school use all the teaching books in the Catalogue of Teaching Books for Primary and Secondary Schools published by the Provincial Department of Education. Teaching AIDS are purchased voluntarily by students under the guidance of the District Education and Sports Bureau. Our school never organizes students to buy books for students outside the regulations, and never recommends all kinds of teaching materials to students.

Sixth, standardize school safety.

1. According to the Measures for the Safety Management of Kindergartens in Primary and Secondary Schools and other regulatory documents, establish and improve the safety management system and the responsibility system of "one post and two responsibilities", formulate emergency plans for campus safety emergencies, and sign letters of responsibility for safety work at different levels to ensure the safety of teachers and students on campus.

2. Our school always puts safety work in the first place, and firmly establishes the policy of putting safety education and prevention first. Strengthen safety education through a series of activities to enhance the safety awareness and self-care and self-help ability of teachers and students. Up to now, there has not been a safety accident in our school, and the school has also been rated as the first and second "safe and civilized campus" in the city.

3. The leading group for safety work shall regularly conduct safety inspections on school buildings and facilities, and eliminate potential safety hazards in time. At the same time, assist the relevant departments to strengthen the renovation of the surrounding environment of the campus and purify the surrounding environment of the campus.
