In order to strengthen the construction of primary school English teachers in our county and improve the teaching ability and level of primary school English teachers, according to the guiding requirements of Tongliao Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Basic Training Standards, under the guidance of the Education and Sports Bureau, and after careful organization by the teaching and research section, the county-wide primary school English teaching basic skills competition was held in Kailu Democratic Primary School, with a total of 39 contestants. Each teacher is selected by each school through the school-level preliminary competition. The activities are summarized as follows: After 7 days, the activities are divided into three parts: classroom teaching, after-class reflection and after-class defense. The classroom teaching adopts "heterogeneous classes", and the classroom teaching evaluation is carried out in full accordance with the "Evaluation Criteria for Primary School English Classroom Teaching" of Kailu County Education and Sports Bureau. In the spirit of being responsible for the work and the players, and in the principle of fairness, openness and justice, the selection activities are guaranteed to proceed smoothly. The teaching level and teaching performance of the players were objectively and fairly evaluated.
First, the advantages of this competition

The teachers attending the meeting have advanced teaching concepts, and all of them have carefully studied the new curriculum standards for primary school English, which reflects the guiding role of curriculum standards in English classroom teaching. 3. The students used in these 39 classes are the primary school students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of Democratic Primary School.
