Students who really lose their athletic ability due to illness or disability need to be certified by hospitals at or above the county level or hold a disabled card, and fill out the Application Form for Exemption from Physical Education Examination for Junior High School Graduates in Jiaxing City before they can be exempted from the examination. The school issued a verification opinion, and the examination can be exempted only after being examined and approved by the District Education and Sports Bureau and reported to the Municipal Education Examinations Institute. The sports scores are included in the total score of 22 points. Among them, the usual physical exercise score is 10, and the sports skill quality score is 12. Candidates who have partially lost their athletic ability but can take other types of athletic skills and quality examinations must apply for exemption from all examinations.
For students who have achieved excellent results in various sports competitions, they can apply for exemption if they meet one of the following conditions: 1. From June last year 1 to the on-site physical examination, I participated in the sports competitions jointly organized by the provincial and municipal education and sports administrative departments and included in the annual plan (events are limited to track and field, basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, martial arts, swimming and badminton) and won the top six in the province and the top three in the city; Basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis and other team events won the top six at or above the provincial level or the top two at the municipal level (team members do not exceed 50% of the total number of participating athletes). 2. After the end of the on-site sports examination, those who participated in the competition before May 3 1 and met the above-mentioned exemption conditions, if the on-site sports examination did not reach 20 points, after going through the exemption procedures according to regulations, the sports skills and quality scores will also be included in the total score, with a perfect score of 20 points. Exemption is limited to the examination of sports skills and quality, and its usual physical exercise results are still evaluated by the school as required.
Students who can't take the physical skill quality examination as scheduled due to injury may apply for an extension of the examination and make-up examination after being examined by hospitals at or above the county level and reported to the District Education, Culture and Sports Bureau for examination. Make-up exams are usually arranged on weekends or holidays about 10 days after the exam.
Candidates who have not gone through the exemption formalities and did not take the motor skills quality examination during the on-site examination and make-up examination are regarded as absent from the examination. Candidates' sports skills and quality scores are included in the total score with 0 points, and the usual scores are still evaluated by the school;
