In order to further improve the humanistic quality and basic teaching skills of young teachers in our garden, Chongde Kindergarten launched 8 young teachers with 1 1 teaching experience of 1-5 years in March 2022. Seven of them are first-year intern teachers. Based on the principles of openness, fairness and justice, the teachers decided the order and topic of today's competition by drawing lots. In the contest of "Presentation of Educational Wisdom", eight contestants first expressed their opinions, and then interpreted their roles around their posts and personal experiences according to the selected topics. They are full of youth, immature and interesting, and there are constant laughter at the scene. Teachers expounded their understanding of education from different angles and interpreted their educational behavior.
