According to the inquiry of official website, the people's governments of Chongming District, xinhe town and Fu Sheng Development Zones have developed and constructed the resettlement housing project of Fuhui Jiayuan on the plot 18-02 to properly resettle the affected villagers. The newly-built Fuhui Jiayuan has a building area of 48,228 square meters, six floors, 372 households and nine types of rooms, including one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. There are elevators, parking spaces and other supporting facilities, and the surrounding greening rate is high. The planned Hechun Road is directly connected to Chongming Avenue, with convenient transportation.
