In August 2023, the famous house on the Bund of Dongshan Farm in Rui 'an City was divided into keys by lottery. Ruian Bund is located on the north bank of Feiyun River, the third largest river in Zhejiang Province, with the river facing south. It is a comprehensive project integrating flood control, urban roads, old city reconstruction and new district development, with a total development area of 250,000 square meters.
