4. Shortcomings of the Fund:

The pressure of raising construction funds and land acquisition and demolition is great. In some places, the land for affordable housing failed to complete land acquisition and demolition in time, which lengthened the construction period.

5. Bad policies:

6. Incomplete legal system:

Application process of affordable housing

1, affordable housing is allocated by waiting, and the waiting order and housing allocation order are determined by lottery, lottery or other fair and just ways. Without the relevant procedures, the distribution object and the waiting order shall not be changed without authorization.

2. Families applying for affordable housing should recommend 1 members with full capacity for civil conduct as applicants to apply to the community where their household registration is located. If the applicant is a foreigner, the employer or I shall apply to the local community.
