Log on to the e-government platform, register the enterprise, and enter the list of people who need to register in that year online; After the online registration has passed the pre-examination, with the printed appointment information form and dispatch letter, bring the following materials to our bureau for registration and filing on the specified date.
1. Submit the reservation information form for applying for business registration in Hong Kong and Macao.
2. Submit a letter explaining the reasons for the business between Hong Kong and Macao with a list of persons for filing and stamped with the official seal of the unit.
3. Submit the original valid business license (valid organization code certificate and tax registration certificate are required for holders of old business license or relevant registration certificate) and submit a copy.
4. Submit the original (* * *) of the basic information of the unit that participated in the urban social insurance within one month issued by the human resources and social security department, the basic old-age insurance for the employees of the unit, and the payment of the urban basic old-age insurance for the insured individuals, and submit a copy. (The first two copies should include the name of the enterprise where the filing personnel are located, the list of pensions paid by the filing personnel in the enterprise, and the date of issuance. And the third copy should show that the filing personnel have paid social security in the enterprise for more than 6 months as of the date of application. )
Where an operating enterprise entrusts the talent service industry to manage human resources security, it shall also submit relevant certificates of human resources security managed by the talent service industry.
5. Submit the enterprise business tax or value-added tax payment certificate issued by the tax department of this Municipality, and submit a copy.
(2) Handling multiple business endorsements.
After filing, personnel can log on to our e-government platform and make an appointment to apply for Hong Kong and Macao business endorsements that meet the filing requirements. After the online appointment is made, you can bring the following materials to our bureau for Hong Kong and Macao business endorsement before the appointment is valid:
1. Submit the reservation information form for applying for Hong Kong and Macao business endorsement.
2. Submit the original and photocopy of the "Valid Certificate for Registration and Filing of Business Endorsements of Hong Kong and Macao Enterprises".
3, the city's household registration personnel, such as in the application for endorsement at the same time need to apply for the first time or change, reissue the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, but also must submit my original valid identity card; If you apply for a separate endorsement, you don't need to submit it.
4. Filing personnel with household registration in other provinces and cities shall submit their valid ID card, original residence permit and copy of residence permit;
5. If you apply for a separate endorsement, you must submit a valid Hong Kong and Macao Pass (such a Hong Kong and Macao Pass must be valid for more than three months and have a blank page of more than two pages); If you need to apply for the first time or renew or reissue the Hong Kong and Macao Pass at the same time, you must also submit the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens to the Social Service Photo Office of our bureau, collect fingerprint information and collect electronic photos of entry and exit certificates.
6. Submit other materials required on the reservation information form.
Legal basis:
