Official website showed that Wanning Municipal People's Government merged Wanning Housing Security and Real Estate Administration and Housing Construction Bureau into Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in 2008, and its functions included all the functions of the former Housing Management Bureau and Construction Bureau.
