Interview Arrangement of Civil Servants in Anhui Province for 20 14 Examination
On June 4th, the competent department of civil servants in Anhui Province issued a notice to deploy the interview of civil servants for the 20 14 examination in the whole province.
The notice pointed out that under the unified leadership of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Civil Service Bureau, the provincial and municipal civil service departments are responsible for organizing and conducting interviews. The interview time will be unified in the whole province within three days from June 27th to 29th. The test center of each city is located in the seat of the municipal government with districts. Guangde and susong county were entrusted by Xuancheng and Anqing to organize the implementation, and the provincial test center was located in Anhui Institute of Business Administration.

The interview questions are uniformly given by the Provincial Civil Service Department, with a full score of 100. Structured interviews use the same question book every day in the province, starting at 8: 30 every day, and each interview lasts for 20 minutes. The average score obtained by subtracting a highest score and a lowest score from the score given by the examiner is the interviewer's score. After the interview results are signed and confirmed by the on-site invigilator, they will be examined and signed by the examiner and announced to the interviewer on the spot.
