Second, the interview form, duration and content
The interview is divided into lecture and structured interview, with a total score of 100. Candidates who apply for high school, junior high school, primary school and kindergarten teacher positions will be interviewed in the form of lectures; Candidates applying for other educational positions participate in structured interviews.
(A) said the class interview
The interview includes two parts: lecture and defense, of which 70 points are for lecture and 30 points for defense. It mainly examines candidates' professional quality, basic quality of education and teaching, educational and teaching ability, professional ethics and psychological quality. Candidates prepare three courses on their own according to the prescribed grades and disciplines, and all of them are submitted to the jury during the interview. The head of the jury will designate a class for discussion. The lecture does not use multimedia, and you can take class notes. The lecture time should not exceed 12 minutes. The defense mainly examines the candidate's analytical ability, adaptability and language expression ability, and the defense time does not exceed 3 minutes.
(2) Structured interview
Structured interview mainly evaluates the comprehensive analysis ability, work adaptability, adaptability and language expression ability of candidates matching the positions they apply for. No more than 8 minutes.
Third, the interview procedure.
After inquiring about their interview group through the distribution map of the examination room, candidates will come to the waiting room of the upcoming group with their ID cards and interview notices, and draw lots to decide the interview order. Draw lots every half day to determine the interview order. Candidates are interviewed under the guidance of the staff according to the extracted sequence number.
Announce the interview results at the test center every half day.
Fourth, interview requirements
1. During the waiting room, candidates should turn off all communication tools and give them to the staff for safekeeping. At the same time, they should keep quiet and keep away from the outside world. If it is really necessary to leave the waiting room, it must be accompanied by staff.
Candidates should obey the arrangement of the staff and wait for the exam and interview according to the requirements of the staff.
3. After the candidates enter the interview examination room, they shall report the lecture topic and interview number to the judges, and shall not report their names or other information that implies their identity. Violators are disqualified from the interview.
4. Candidates should carefully check the positions and interview forms they apply for, and enter the waiting room on time according to the admission time, otherwise they will be deemed to give up automatically.
5. Candidates should strictly abide by the interview discipline during the interview, and those who violate the discipline will be disqualified from the interview.
Tip: Candidates should be familiar with the interview address and traffic route one day before the interview, and beware of the influence of traffic congestion, riding difficulties, weather and other factors on the interview day.
