Article 9. The first event will be organized by three athletes and divided into three groups. The competition in each division is generally not less than 2 hours. After the competition in each division, the venues will be changed in turn. Before the start of the competition signal, the fishing tackle such as rod and bait used by athletes shall not enter the water. Fourteenth athletes are not allowed to change their fishing positions without authorization. If it is necessary to change the fishing position, it must be approved by the referee. If an athlete needs to leave the fishing position during the competition, he must get the permission of the referee. Fifteenth athletes should bring their own fishing gear and bait. Anchor hooks, conjoined hooks and toxic bait are not allowed. Article 16 An athlete's fishing spot is directly in front of the fishing position number. When you catch a big fish, the fish can be offside, and athletes are not allowed to be offside. Article 17 All athletes should earn their own living and operate independently. Article 18 After the signal of the end of the competition is issued, the athletes should immediately close the pole, and the fish guards are not allowed to move or lift it out of the water, waiting for the referee to record the results. At the same time of signaling the end of the game, if a fish is hooked, it is allowed to copy into the guard within 10 minutes, and it will not be counted as an achievement if it expires. Chapter V Handball Competition Article 19 The length of the pole is between 2.7 meters and 6.3 meters, and the line length shall not exceed 0.5 meters. One end of the line must be firmly fixed on the pole tip, and there shall be no more than two hooks. The specifications and fastening methods of lines and hooks are not limited, but conjoined hooks or anchor hooks are strictly prohibited. Fishing competitions advocate the use of barb-free hooks. Twentieth bait must be hung on the hook, and its size shall not exceed 2 cm. Article 21 The competition requires one shot and one line into the water. Article 22 Bait throwing is not allowed in the competition. Article 23 It is forbidden to hit the water with a fishing rod or interfere with others during the competition. Chapter VI Pole-throwing Competition Article 24 The length of pole-throwing shall not exceed 3.9 meters. According to the size of the water area and the density of fish, 1~2 fishing rods can be used, each with no more than 8 hooks. Twenty-fifth hook landing point and the distance from the shore shall not be less than 20 meters; If the landing point deviates from the fishing position, take the initiative to take back the heavy throw. Chapter VII Land Throwing Competition Article 27 The length of the pole shall not exceed 3.9 meters, and the weight of the lead weight is not limited. Article 28 Take the throwing line as the starting point, a circle with a vertical distance of 60m from the throwing line as the center and a radius of 5m, and insert a small red flag at the center as an obvious sign. Each throw is measured by the distance from the center of the circle, and the score is scored by positive integral method. Chapter VIII Calculation of Results Article 30 The results of fishing competition are obtained by adding the rankings of athletes in three competition areas. In ranking calculation, the first place gets 1 point, the second place gets 2 points, and so on. Those who don't fish are scored according to the actual number of participants. The ranking score is the same, and the ranking is determined according to the copy score determined by each competition regulation. Article 31 The competition can be divided into individual pole throwing competition, individual pole throwing competition, individual ground throwing competition, individual total score and group total score. Add up the two places in the hand pole competition and the throwing pole competition to get the total personal score. Team results are obtained by adding the rankings of three athletes from each team in hand and throwing events. Throwing competitions are not included in the total scores of individuals and groups. Chapter IX Referee's Work Article 32 The referee's work in competition venues shall be led and implemented by the chief referee and the deputy referee. There are district referees, deputy referees and referees. Referees are divided into patrol referees, weighing referees and recording referees. Article 33 Trial work must be serious, earnest, fair and accurate. Article 34 The ratio of referees to the number of athletes participating in the competition shall not be less than 20%. Thirty-fifth referee work should be carried out in accordance with the Law on Referees of Fishing Competition. Chapter X Fouls and Penalties Article 36 The following penalties shall be imposed on acts that violate the rules: (1) Warning: An athlete commits an unintentional foul in a competition or an act that does not affect himself or others. (2) Deduction: If the performance of an athlete or others is slightly affected by a foul, 20% of the performance of the game will be deducted for the first time, 40% for the second time, and the performance of the game will be cancelled for the third time. (3) Cancellation of competition results: An athlete intentionally fouls, which has a serious impact on his or others' performance. (4) disqualification: athletes cheat, impersonate, cheat, deliberately throw toxic and harmful stimulating bait, deliberately interfere with other people's competitions, disobey referees, and make trouble without reason. Chapter I XI Complaints Article 37 If an athlete disagrees with the referee's ruling during the competition, the team leader shall write a written complaint and submit it to the Arbitration Commission for examination and then announce the results. Article 38 The award made by the Arbitration Commission on a complaint is final. The arbitration commission finds that the referee's decision is correct and the athletes must resolutely obey it; If the referee makes mistakes, he should be educated or punished according to the situation. Chapter XII Supplementary Provisions Article 39 These Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the right of interpretation belongs to China Fishing Association.
