2. Registration method

6. Examination content
The examination is conducted in a combination of interview and written examination. Both the interview and the written test adopt the 100 scoring system, in which the interview accounts for 70% of the test scores and the written test accounts for 30% of the test scores. Total score = interview score ×70%+ written test score (including policy bonus) ×30% (the score is equivalent to two decimal places), and the specific test time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket.
(1) Interview
The interview time is 20 minutes, which mainly examines the candidates' oral translation ability, thinking and expression ability. Interviewers are set by language, with 7 interviewers in each group. Candidates take two rounds of lottery to determine the test sequence number, take the way of on-site scoring, remove a score and a minimum score, and then take the average score. Those whose interview scores are below 70 points cannot take the written test.
(2) written examination
The written test mainly examines the candidates' basic knowledge of foreign languages and translation ability, and the test time is 90 minutes.
After the written test, the total score of the test will be publicized for 3 days, and the candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1. Candidates who have the same total score in the exam and meet the relevant policies of document No. Black Office [20 13]42 is preferred. Otherwise, those with high interview scores will be selected as candidates for physical examination.
7. Physical examination and evaluation
After the examination, the Municipal Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Reception Office will organize physical examination and assessment. Physical examination hospitals are conducted in hospitals with civil servants' physical examination qualifications, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the General Standards for Civil Servants' Physical Examination. Conduct moral, ability, diligence and performance assessment on qualified candidates, and conduct qualification re-examination. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will not be hired.
8. Publicity and employment
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment will be publicized on the website of Qiqihar Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the management authority, and the list of persons to be employed shall be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
9. probation period
The probation period of the employed personnel is 6 months (if the employment contract between the first-time employee and the institution is more than 3 years, the probation period is 12 months). After the probation period expires, the Municipal Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Reception Office will conduct probation assessment.
