In 2023, the finals and national trials of Hunan Hemei Country Basketball Tournament (Bachun) were held between Martin Town Team in Yongxing County, Chenzhou and Chuanshanping Town Team in Miluo City, Yueyang City. The two teams fought fiercely for more than an hour, and finally the Martin Town Team of Yongxing County in Chenzhou won the championship with a score of 65-6 1, and both teams won two places to represent Hunan in the Southeast Division of the National and American Country Basketball Tournament.

On August 2, 2023, the opening match of the Northeast Division (Bachun) of the National and American Country Basketball Tournament officially started in Guojiagou Village, Jizhou District, Tianjin. More than 500 people from 16 teams from 8 provinces and cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu and Shandong will participate in the group round robin, elimination and finals during the five-day schedule from August 2 to 6.
